United StatesI've had it for only 2 days and the velcro on the back is breaking down and I don't like the feel of the hat as it rides to high on my head.the inner pockets are nice but the main bill pocket is too small and speaking of the bill the awkward angle of the bill forces you to tilt the hat back which collides with my ponytail Which also effects the grip on your head my tips for wazoos cache cap make the bill at a less steep angle so we don't have to tilt the hat back add better velcro to the back of the hat sell multiple styles of hat and sell multiple sizes but other than that it's okay I guess
Thanks for the feedback Nic. Your comment regarding the "velcro" AKA "hook and loop" adjuster on the back will be resolved on the next generation of caps. We originally chose a hook and loop that was low-profile so that it would be lightweight as well as avoid snagging one's hair. However, we have found that the low-profile characteristic wears quicker than thicker forms of hook and loop, although we have never heard of it wearing out in "only 2 days." And while, the "loop" portion is the culprit and can be combed in a manner to solve this issue, nonetheless, we believe that our next generation Cache Cap that is currently in production will resolve this issue altogether. Regarding your comments on "the angle of the bill" that "collides with [your] ponytail" I'm afraid I do not understand and have neither experienced this first-hand nor heard this complaint before.
